Changing Images

Want to update an image? It’s simple! Just hover over any image on your website and click the Change Image button. You can upload your own images or choose from millions of stock photos. Any images you upload will be saved in your Media Library, making it easy to reuse them elsewhere on your website.

Liability – The land owner(s) or organisers are not responsible for any damage or injury sustained to property, individuals, or animals while using the field or on the property. Vehicles parked on the property are left entirely at their owner's risk. K9 Fun Field cannot be held responsible for any damage or accidents. Any breakages or damage to the field must be paid for by the dog owner. All dogs using K9 Fun Field must be up-to-date with their Booster vaccinations.

Booking Arrangements – Bookings can only be made through the website www.k9funfield.co.uk.

Payment – All payments must be made through the website. The field can only be used if it has been booked and paid for prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy – If the user arrives late, the booking time cannot be extended. A 24-hour notice is required for any cancellations.

Bookings – Bookings are non-transferable. The person making the booking must be present and must ensure that anyone else attending is aware of and adheres to the terms and conditions of K9 Fun Field.

Entering/Leaving the Field – Users must book a slot that allows enough time to unload their dogs, use the field, and load them back into their vehicles within their time slot. Users must inspect the field to ensure suitability for their dog(s), including fence height. It is the user's responsibility to ensure the entrance gate is locked from the inside while using the field. Dogs must be back in the car before the end of the session. When not in the secure area, dogs must be kept on lead at all times. Please keep dogs in your vehicle until the previous users have loaded their dogs back in their vehicle. The only exception to this rule is if the previous customers have left.

Maintenance – The hirer must remove all dog poop after their dog(s). K9 Fun Field will provide poo bags and bins. No litter should be left in the field as it presents a risk to other users and their dogs. We inspect the field regularly and fencing daily to maintain security; please notify us of any concerns. CCTV is in operation.

Parking – Vehicles are left entirely at your own risk and K9 Fun Field accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or accident incurred while on the premises.

Children – Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Etiquette and house rules

Please enjoy and respect the field, I understand that you can take your eye off a poo whilst your dog runs around so please pick up any poos you see and others can do the same to make it enjoyable for everyone.
Dog poo bags and bins are provided in the K9 Fun Field. You must pick up your dog poo and dispose of it in the bins provided or take it away with you.
All other litter must be collected and taken away with you or put in the general waste wheelie bin. Please do not dispose of it in the dog poo bins.
No smoking must take place anywhere on site.
Use of any BBQ equipment or campfires is strictly prohibited.
Please discourage your dogs from digging in the K9 Fun Fields but if they do so, any holes must be filled and reported to 07367 582 835 before you leave the K9 Fun Field.
Your dogs must regularly be treated for flea, tick and worm prevention and be fully vaccinated before using the K9 Fun Field.
You must not bring your dogs to the K9 Fun Field if they have been unwell during the last 48 hours.

Data – We retain your contact details only to inform you regarding your booking or future events. The information is not used for any other purpose and is not shared with third parties.

Risk and liability

The K9 Fun Field is a large area with the potential for uneven ground, branches, stones and other potential hidden hazards, which are consistent with the countryside. You acknowledge that the nature and condition of the K9 Fun Field will vary depending on the season and/or weather at the time.
The use of the K9 Fun Field is entirely at your own risk. The K9 Fun Field accepts no liability for the death of, or injury to any person or dog using the facility or damage to any property. The K9 Fun Field accepts no liability for losses, claims, actions, damages, expenses, or any other liability incurred by you whilst at the K9 Fun Field.
The behaviour and actions of your dog(s) and children are your sole responsibility.
Visitors and users must report any accident, injury or incident to us immediately by calling 07367 582 835.
All Dog Trainers must provide a copy of their Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance prior to using the K9 Fun Fields. Professional Dog Walkers must provide a copy of their Public Liability Insurance.

Personal safety and children

You are welcome to bring friends and family to walk your dog(s) and you agree to take full responsibility for their safety and ensure that they abide by the terms and conditions for the use of the K9 Fun Field.
Children under the age of 16 are welcome but must be supervised at all times. Children and users must respect the K9 Fun Field and their contents and children must not be allowed to climb on the fences, gates or any equipment in the play area or otherwise.
You agree not to let anyone else into the K9 Fun Field other than friends and family that you intended to use the K9 Fun Field with.

Dog safety

Although the fences and gates are designed to minimise the chance of escape, you must assess whether the boundaries are suitable for your dog(s) before letting them out of your car or off the lead. The K9 Fun Field accepts no responsibility or liability for dogs that escape the field.
The fences and gates will be inspected regularly, however damage may occur from time to time. If you notice any damage or issues, please contact 07367 582 835 immediately and stop using the K9 Fun Field until the issue is rectified.

Parking and valuables

Your vehicle(s) or any property brought to the K9 Fun Field is done so at your own risk. The K9 Fun Field cannot be held responsible for any accidents, damage, or loss incurred to vehicles or their contents and valuables.

Entering and exiting the K9 Fun Field

Please ensure that you arrive on-time and do not enter the car parking area or let your dogs out until the previous user has vacated the K9 Fun Field.
At the start of your session you must unlock the gate and drive your vehicle into the car park and park on the designated hardstanding area. Do not drive into the area. The access gates should be shut behind you when you are using the K9 Fun Field and locked. There is space for two cars in the parking area.
Your dog(s) must remain on a lead or in your car until the gate is closed behind you.
Please vacate the field by the end of your session so that the next visitor can enjoy their full booking. You should allow enough time within your session to clear up all dog poo and collect your possessions.
You must lock the gate behind you at the end of your session.

Bookings

All bookings must be made in advance through the K9 Fun Field website. It is not possible to take bookings over the phone.
All bookings are paid for in advance through our website. Cash cannot be accepted and must not be left at the K9 Fun Field.

Cancellations / Rescheduling appointments

All bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
However, you are able to reschedule your booking (unlimited times) via the website up to 24 hours before your session.

Opening Times and Closures

The K9 Fun Field is open at specific times during the summer and winter seasons as published on the website. No access to the field is allowed outside of these opening times.
The K9 Fun Field reserves the right to close the K9 Fun Field and/or withdraw permission for the use of the K9 Fun Field at any time and for any reason. Such closures may be required for essential maintenance or severe weather conditions for example. If a booking needs to be cancelled by the K9 Fun Field, any advanced payment will be refunded but the K9 Fun Field Ltd shall accept no liability for any other expenses incurred or loss sustained by the client as result of the use of the K9 Fun Field being withdrawn.
